Mastermind

The Rules:

· The game picks a sequence of colours. The number of colours in the code sequence is the code length.

· The current code length is 4.

· The objective of the game is to guess the exact positions of the colours in the code sequence.

· A colour is used only once in a code sequence.

· After filling in a line with your guesses and clicking on the 'Check' button, the game evaluates the code sequence for correctness.

· For each colour in your guess that is the correct colour, and in the correct position, the game displays a small red dot to the right of the current guess line.

· For each colour in your guess that is the correct colour but NOT in the correct position, the game displays a small white dot to the right of the current guess line.

· The game does not tell you specifically which colour or position is correct.

· You win the game when you guess all the colours in the correct position of the code sequence.

· You lose the game if you use all available attempts without correctly guessing the code sequence.

How to Play:

· Start a new game by clicking on the 'Start New Game' button.

· To start filling a guess line, you must first select a colour from the bottom of the game board by clicking on it. After selecting a colour you can enter it anywhere in the current guess line, by clicking on the desired position.

· You can change your entries before asking the game to evaluate your guess line.

· When you're satisfied, click the 'Check' button for the games's response.
